Next weekend, we’ll be hosting at least two of the students who’ve just come over to Southern Poly from Beijing. Both of them are in my Small Group Communications course. Some of their friends may attend, as well. We’d be perfectly happy to have all 7 of them here. I was surprised to learn (after inviting them over) that they haven’t been invited to any other private residences.
I know they aren’t vegetarian, but that’s about it. They’re living in the dorms and eating at the school cafeteria, so I’m sure they’ve had enough of burgers, hot dogs, and pizza. Pastastravaganza is usually a safe bet for large groups of guests, but I don’t know if they’ll like it. Steaks are definitely a possibility.
