Your mailing address
Your birthday
Your anniversary, if you have/celebrate one (if you do, please give me your SO’s name, too, for addressing purposes)
The holidays you celebrate (Yule? Chanukah? Christmas? Whatever you do)
Your LJ name, so I can correlate it with your “real” name
