When shadowkatt and GothC went out for a walk last night, the brats practicing skateboard tricks were annoyed at being ignored. When the girls were coming back in, the boys called out various epithets—bitch, whore, and something about fuzzy lesbians.
The girls weren’t really upset, more amused at the boys. If either of them had been alone, I think they would have been more susceptible to the crap. curiousmay9 and I explained that the boys must have felt insecure in their masculinity or something like that and that too many males accuse any woman who isn’t interested in them of being one of those things.
I am still annoyed. They shouldn’t have had to deal with that. I’ll be talking to the apartment management tomorrow. There are some very stringent clauses in our leases about our children’s behavior while in the complex, and that crap definitely violated them.
