Was it someone here or someone on a mailing list who mentioned the free online courses at the HP Learning Center? Whoever it was, thank you. I’ve signed up for several of them.
I’ve always been totally overwhelmed by Photoshop. It’s just too much program for me. LView or IrfanView have really been enough. But I’m going to try to learn to use it, as some employers specifically ask about it.
I guess I need to learn more about graphics in general. I can crop, resize, rotate, etc., and have done many a screenshot for documentation. I can do simple image maps and most anything else that I truly need to do for websites. But I can’t manipulate images anything like sambear can. And I think part of it is that I’m simply not all that visually oriented.
