GAH! Does anybody have any idea how I’d go about getting medical records from a hospital that closed in 1996? Surely their records had to go SOMEWHERE!
I’ve talked to the state regulatory people, and they say most hospitals don’t tell them what’s happening with the records. That seems weird. It was a CPC hospital, but I’m not sure what that stands for or how to find the parent company.
I can’t find the psychiatrist or the psychologist who treated me for some years, either. This is infuriating!
