As sambear mentioned in a post today, we got our commitment bracelets yesterday! They’re sterling silver chains of triskeles. We’d been looking for some sort of commitment jewelry for a while, and didn’t find anything affordable that we both liked that much AND that came in sizes to fit both of us. I ran across these as anklets, and realized that a woman’s anklet would be a Sam-sized bracelet. The jeweler sized one down to fit me. A little TOO much was taken off, so that it fits my wrist with absolutely no room to spare—but Sam’s is also a bit too loose. As soon as I find the jewelry tools, we’ll move a couple of links from his to mine. Every time I look at it, I have the loveliest thoughts of my man!
