Fight Putting Discrimination in the Constitution!

Send a fax, email, or let­ter to your state rep­re­sen­ta­tives about the Fed­er­al Mar­riage Act. H.J. Res 56/S.J. Res 26 would not only deny the right to mar­ry to same-sex cou­ples in com­mit­ted rela­tion­ships but would also inval­i­date all state and local domes­tic part­ner­ship laws and nul­li­fy civ­il rights pro­tec­tions based on mar­i­tal sta­tus. Using the US Con­sti­tu­tion to legal­ize dis­crim­i­na­tion is heinous, and it could become reality.

Speak­ing up via the ACLU web­site is free, and it only takes a moment. Do it now. Stop the Rad­i­cal Reli­gious Right from Amend­ing the U.S. Constitution.
