Babies

No twins yet (pout). But Jack­son let us sleep in a lot by tod­dler standards—6:30! He shows a def­i­nite pref­er­ence for straw­ber­ry jel­ly over grape—but he did eat a whole bis­cuit with jel­ly on it. That’s the first time I’ve seen him fin­ish any real food. Now we need to go have a bath to get the jel­ly out of his hair.

We down­loaded some lit­tle kid com­put­er games from http://www.kidsdomain.com/. He real­ly likes Node Jumper. The pie splat­ting game was too sim­ple for him, though. There’s actu­al­ly a cat­e­go­ry of games for “key­board bangers”—I don’t think I’ve seen that before.

Now baths, cloth­ing, run­ning errands (like get­ting the stroller), and then our field trip. Which will unfor­tu­nate­ly coin­cide with nap time. Hope­ful­ly, it won’t be too bad.

I’m hav­ing more pain today than I’ve had in weeks, due to not hav­ing my med­i­cine last night—I just did­n’t sleep too well due to the whole fibromyal­gia thing. Hope­ful­ly, it’ll be ready today.
