I live in Decatur and would prefer someone in this area. I loved Three-13 when I lived in Cobb County. Loved everything but the prices, that is!
Any recommendations? I want someone I can trust to just cut away and do something that isn’t all outdated or ridiculously trendy, suits the shape of my face, and is low-maintenance. I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg or have to choose between somebody who just got her scissors at an affordable rate and the marvelous, experienced person who costs as much as my rent.
