Anybody else using Omea Reader as an RSS reader? It does newsgroups, keeps up with bookmarks and web clippings, too, but I’m mostly using it as an RSS reader because it does that better than Thunderbird did.

Anyway, it isn’t what I was looking for, precisely. I want a true offline RSS reader, that’ll save the entries AND THE COMMENTS for whenever I get around to reading them. I want something like Forte’s Agent, but for RSS.

I can’t get Omea Reader to show me the comments on entries. Thunderbird did that by default, but couldn’t do the offline reading. Omea’s real attraction was the fact that it has a plug-in that’ll import all of your LJ friends list automatically.

Any suggestions, or clues regarding Omea Reader?
