The good thing about having all the MP3s on one machine, served to the network, is that we can all get to them and they don’t suck up hard drive space on each machine.
The bad thing is that there are so many files/folders in that directory on that machine that switching folders is slow as Moses.
Note: These are MP3s encoded from CDs we own. It’s much easier to find what we want digitally than to find the physical disc. Most of the discs gravitate to the girl’s room, somehow.
