Hmm

The good thing about hav­ing all the MP3s on one machine, served to the net­work, is that we can all get to them and they don’t suck up hard dri­ve space on each machine.

The bad thing is that there are so many files/folders in that direc­to­ry on that machine that switch­ing fold­ers is slow as Moses.

Note: These are MP3s encod­ed from CDs we own. It’s much eas­i­er to find what we want dig­i­tal­ly than to find the phys­i­cal disc. Most of the discs grav­i­tate to the girl’s room, somehow.
