So, my financial aid was showing up in my account at school, covering tuition and enough to give me a nice little sum for taking care of some bills and so on. The financial aid director said that checks could be cut as early as this Friday.
I checked my account this morning—and the financial aid is gone. Just—gone.
No explanation.
I’ve called all over campus. I learned that there’s a new director of financial aid. I’ve not been able to get hold of anyone but the astonishingly useless “executive assistant” to the VP of financial affairs.
Please send energy so that 1) this is resolved to my satisfaction; 2) I don’t kill anyone.
