I have something different to ask of you: Smile and make direct eye contact with everybody you encounter. Even if it’s just for one day, it’s fun to see the results.
I’ve been trying to say at least one positive thing to a total stranger each day lately, too. That is NOT easy for an introvert, but it’s nice to see the surprised and pleased looks I usually get.
