Wear black this Sat­ur­day, and send green Valen­tine cards to your friends, espe­cial­ly those who aren’t like­ly to enjoy the hol­i­day much 🙂

I have some­thing dif­fer­ent to ask of you: Smile and make direct eye con­tact with every­body you encounter. Even if it’s just for one day, it’s fun to see the results.

I’ve been try­ing to say at least one pos­i­tive thing to a total stranger each day late­ly, too. That is NOT easy for an intro­vert, but it’s nice to see the sur­prised and pleased looks I usu­al­ly get.
