Hair Joy & Voice Control Software

Have I mentioned that I absolutely adore being able to actually DO something with my hair again? It takes maybe 5 minutes, and while I do need to use the hairdryer and the curling iron/dryer thingie to make it look right, it does come out good. And there’s no hair goop involved.

Just letting it dry naturally means that the wee bit of natural curl that I do have makes the ends all flip up and make my face look even broader. If I wanted them to curl up, of course, they’d curl under, because it’s just like that. Utterly useless amount of curl for anything but annoying me.

I’m investigating voice control software again. I had to use it for about a year after my arm surgery in 1996 and may need to go back to it for doing any real writing. It has, thankfully, advanced a lot since then.
