Question for all of you: How does someone with an extremely unhealthy relationship with food go about healing that, and really learning to cook/do meal planning, etc.? I know the basic mechanics of cooking, I just avoid things related to food in general if I can. Food isn’t even appealing most of the time, so I just don’t eat until I can’t avoid it or Sam makes me eat. I don’t want to pass this crap on to my daughter—and thankfully she doesn’t show any signs of it—but I also just need to get past it for me.
