A noon appointment does not mean that somewhere after noon you might start looking for the client’s phone number and considering maybe calling her.
No, it means that at noon you should be in said client’s driveway, out of your truck, and in your coveralls ready to explore the mysteries beneath her home.
If you cannot manage the vagaries of keeping one appointment, why should we assume you can manage to keep termites away from our home?
