Yahoo! Contacts?

I woke up this morn­ing to find that I have been locked out of Yahoo!Groups and my Yahoo! account. I’ve just spent a very frus­trat­ing hour on the phone with Yahoo!‘s pass­word and secu­ri­ty peo­ple explain­ing that, no, the “secret ques­tion” was­n’t a required part of the user info when I began my account, so I did­n’t assign one and don’t know what it’s sup­posed to be!

Do any of you have con­tacts at Yahoo! who might be able to help me in this sit­u­a­tion? I am rather wor­ried that a stalk­er who has tar­get­ed my fam­i­ly since 1996 may be involved some­how. (See https://www.technomom.com/harassed/ if you want to know more about that situation.)
