I woke up this morning to find that I have been locked out of Yahoo!Groups and my Yahoo! account. I’ve just spent a very frustrating hour on the phone with Yahoo!’s password and security people explaining that, no, the “secret question” wasn’t a required part of the user info when I began my account, so I didn’t assign one and don’t know what it’s supposed to be!
Do any of you have contacts at Yahoo! who might be able to help me in this situation? I am rather worried that a stalker who has targeted my family since 1996 may be involved somehow. (See https://www.technomom.com/harassed/ if you want to know more about that situation.)
