I don’t agree with MoveOn.org’s push to ask CBS not to “censor” ads, as they seem to have misunderstood the meaning of the word. BUT I do like the winning ad in MoveOn.org Voter Fund’s Bush in 30 Seconds ad contest.

I’m feeling much better now. Unfortunately, though, I’m back to the choice of being able to drive and otherwise function reasonably well, or not hurting.

Ooo, happy! The doctor just called in a prescription for the allergy med I wanted in the first place. Yay! It was only $16. The Allegra-D was over $80.

Almost forgot—I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last month. I was surprised.

Despite the muscle relaxants, I keep finding myself tightening up my muscles terribly. I know this is an ongoing problem. I think I’ll try setting a reminder timer so that I’ll remember to sorta check in with myself and relax. I know this adds to my pain, so I’ve got to change my habits.

The shopping list now includes a replacement filter for the ice maker’s waterline, a filter for the humidifier, and three desk chairs. And shoes. I’m currently wearing sneakers that predate my relationship with Sam, so I suppose it isn’t too surprising that the support isn’t supporting anymore.
