I have a special fondness for children’s music. I don’t remember hearing much of it as a kid (I don’t think there was much of it), and the quality and quantity available have really improved since shadowkatt was a tot.
A note about a performance of a local group, Laughing Pizza, came across one of the local HS group lists this morning. I went to their site and listened to some samples, and they’re cute and bouncy without being saccharine or stupid. Their site says Our mission is to fill the void ‘between Barney and Britney’.
They aren’t as marvelous as Trout Fishing in America, but they’re much newer, too. All of you with children in your lives—PLEASE make sure they experience TFIA. They’re just too good to miss.
