A friend of mine is seeking a caretaker to live in a 4-bedroom house near Six Flags rent-free for 5-6 months while the house is being renovated. The caretaker will be expected to cover utilities, but that’s it. If the caretaker has any skills to help with the renovation, that would be a big plus—he or she would certainly be compensated in some way.
The electricity, water, bathroom, etc. will be working. The house’s heating system is scheduled for replacement before November. The kitchen renovation is likely to take longer. An alarm system and fencing will be installed, as well.
