Interview

From wordweaverlynn:

1. If you had to live somewhere else, where would you move?
Hmmm. I’ve spent my entire life in Georgia and Alabama. I’ve wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest for years, but I haven’t gotten there yet—I have a feeling that I’d like living there. In fact, I met someone on a tech writing list who assumed that I must live there because all the poly folks he met seemed to do so.

But the only place I’ve ever been where my allergies just went away was southern California, and that counts for a lot. So I figure I’d try somewhere there if I just had to move away 🙂

2. How did you meet ?
I assume you mean sambear? We met at church. We both attended a fairly small Unitarian Universalist congregation in the suburbs of Atlanta. He’d known telynor, a friend of his ex-wife’s, for many years. I knew her because we were both on the music committee. He saw me talking to her, we exchanged a sentence or two, and he later contacted telynor demanding my email address 🙂

3. Who is your favorite cross-stitch designer?
Just one? Hmm. Denise Harrington Pratt, who publishes as Amaryllis Artworks. I’ve done all four of the pieces in her Mandala I series and am waiting for the rest of the Mandala II series to be released, then I’ll do them as well.

4. If you could go back in time and give your child-self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don’t diet! You’ll just screw up your metabolism and end up truly fat, instead of just being a gal with big bones who thinks she’s fat!

5. Breast or thigh?
From a chicken, breast 🙂
