A while back, I found a website that had suggested guidelines for housework at three different levels. First was what I’d consider “DFCS probably won’t take my kids away” level of cleaning—absolute minimum maintenance stuff, like cleaning the bathrooms once a month. The next was a reasonably moderate level of housekeeping, where it wouldn’t be a crisis if you had visitors come by with just a few hours’ notice. Then there was the “ready for visitors at any moment” standard—cleaning the bathrooms completely every week, swishing the toilets daily, vacuuming daily, etc.
I know someone who really needs to see that, and I can’t find the site again to save my life. I’ve googled and googled. Is anybody else able to find it?
