Another Astrology Take

It’s the middle of a busy week in the cosmos. The Moon returns to watery Cancer (at 12:17 pm EST), the sign that she most connects with. The Cancer Moon strengthens and deepens our feelings, reminds us to be emotionally safe and encourages protectionism. But Mercury the Messenger is leaving his extended stay in practical Capricorn and enters progressive Aquarius. Mercury enjoys his short visit to Aquarius where he finds new ways of looking at things, pushes us into the future and expands our thinking. Our head and heart, however, may be having widely differing experiences.

CANCER (Jun 21 – Jul 22): You may feel on edge as the emotional tides are shifting, but this is an unusually stressful time for you. Your feelings are strong; your thoughts are a bit wild. How can you reconcile your passive sensitivity with the radical and progressive thoughts you are now having. There’s no need to jump into action until you have a better sense of which way the currents are flowing.

SCORPIO (Oct 23 – Nov 22): This hasn’t been a particularly easy time for you Scorpions, and the ride isn’t yet over. You may feel a fresh wave of feelings washing over you, but the danger is holding onto the past instead of letting it flow into the future. Practice with your mind by envisioning totally new and different scenarios. Don’t judge your thoughts, however outrageous they may be. Just think about every possible path you could take.

Hmmm. Well, that bit sounds familiar.
