My skills are rusty, and my web site is WAY stale. I’ve begun using CSS, but I cannot claim to have mastered it, by any means.
I want to fully switch the site to CSS, and have it all crisp and clean. I’d like to have it working so that the site will display nicely for any visitor, whether he’s on a mobile device, using a text reader, etc.
