The Conscious Consumer and Back-to-School Shopping
I realize the link is a bit late for many people, but it just came across one of my lists this morning.
I have to say, one thing I do not miss is the extortion supply lists from teachers each year. All the stuff that they want not just for your kid, but to stock the classroom: X boxes of Kleenex, Y rolls of paper towels, Z bottles of hand sanitizer, etc. And then there are the supplies just for the teacher’s use, like red pens for correcting papers.
I won’t even get into the “optional” mandatory extra fees.
