I forgot to take my basal body temperature records with me to the doctor this week, so I’m tracking afresh.
I decided to find a program for my PDA so that I could stick the info there and see a nifty chart.
There are several of those available, all designed for women who are trying to conceive. I don’t need all the info they track, but that isn’t a problem, right?
Except that each of the programs I tried won’t LET me enter my values, because they’re “out of range.” Apparently, it simply isn’t possible, in the world of natural family planning, to have a BBT of 94.6.
What on earth would they have thought of the pre-thyroid-med temps?
