  1. We are in total control of our happiness and can’t rely on others to make our lives joyful. It’s up to each one of us to decide what is best for us; what makes us keep going and trying and hoping. For me, it’s my childrens smile as they greet me each day. To see those loving smiles one more day, is enough to keep me going.

Another type of smile that keeps me trying to do my best, is the smile of another happy customer. What can I do or make or create that will cause a smile to appear on another customers face; is the question I ask myself each day. Even when I feel that I just can’t go for another moment, the thought that I might make one more person in this big world happy, is enough to make me try harder.

So I guess what I’m saying, is that other’s happiness is what creates my joyful life!

  2. Often, we seem to think that we can copy our way into success but usually we can’t. Management books suggest that if we study other successful companies and closely copy what they seem to have done, we can achieve the same success. Books for personal effectiveness do the same. If we closely look at successful individuals we can copy their success and we’ll be successful too.
