Things I can do today that don’t involve being on my feet:
1) Getting caught up on my lit class again.
2) Doing some of the work on my fall courses that I need to complete
3) Packaging some of the things that I need to send to folks (really, I haven’t forgotten you, starrchilde!). Well, that one is rather iffy—I’d have to round up all the stuff, too. Hmm. Perhaps that one will wait for tomorrow.
Things I could do while sitting if I had Sam or Katie to bring the materials into the living room:
1) Filing
2) Sorting stitching stuff (keep, put on eBay, give away, etc.)
I have some book boxes now, but I don’t think it’s wise to try to pack books. Even if I started with the ones on the bottom shelves, I know myself well enough to realize that I *would* start standing to get “just a few more” or to move the full boxes.
(We do still need lots more boxes.)
