Cold, wet weather seems to affect me far more than it used to. Or maybe it’s just that I really notice it more now? I’ve been feeling much better in general, with the right meds, so this much pain is unusual. I’m ready for spring, despite the allergies.
shadowkatt isn’t handling the gray weather well, either. I’m starting to think we both have a touch of Seasonal Affective Disorder. I have been turning on all the lights as soon as I get up in the morning, to brighten things up. But even with the nice Reveal light bulbs, it isn’t enough like sunlight. Methinks I want real full-spectrum lighting.
Or maybe I’m just trying to justify getting an Ott light or something like it.
