More Camp Shopping

I need to find some sort of thing in which Katie can keep her Imitrex inhaler all the time while at camp. If she doesn’t use the inhaler in the first couple of minutes of a migraine attack, it doesn’t work. This theoretical container needs to be reasonably water-resistant because she’ll be on the lake at times. I’ve seen various things intended for keeping keys or wallets in while swimming, but most hang around the neck—not acceptable. Too likely to get hung up on something. A really, really small fanny pack would work. But all the fanny packs I’m seeing in camping supply or similar places seem to be supersized. The ones designed for kids, while the right size, are pieces of crap. Does anybody have suggestions that don’t involve ordering something to be shipped here?
