I made a friends-only post yesterday about an infuriating experience with a health provider. The appointment setter argued with me for about 10 minutes, claiming that I couldn’t possibly be covered under my partner’s health insurance because we aren’t married. The post was friends-only because I’m giving the practice a few days to rectify the situation before I trumpet its name wide and far.
Anyway—I called our insurer today to file a complaint, and the customer service person was suitably appalled. That’s something, at least.
