Ok, it start­ed a lit­tle slow­ly, and I had some trou­ble get­ting into the swing of the book. I stuck with it because Faith Hunter’s always been good for a sol­id tale, and I was­n’t dis­ap­point­ed. This is a wor­thy end­ing to a won­der­ful series. I’ll miss Jane, Bruis­er, Eli, Alex, Ang­ie Baby, and all the oth­er incred­i­ble char­ac­ters Hunter has cre­at­ed. I can only hope that the Soul­wood series isn’t done yet.
