International Cavorting Day is about acknowledging a moment of spontaneous joy, having freedom for random, senseless jolts of happiness.

Since cavorting is a spontaneous expression of joy, it’s really not practical to set a date. When International Cavorting Day becomes a reality (and I think we can all agree it’s just a matter of time) then everyone on the planet will be issued a Cavorting Card.

The card can be cashed in on a day when its owner NEEDS to cavort and it will reimburse the cardholder for one day’s wages.

There Will Be One Single Unbreakable Rule:

The One Single Unbreakable Rule is that you cannot cash in your card to help cover time for something practical. Look, you’ll find a way to do the practical stuff, you always do.
